Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of GoodLuckDomains (the "Site") and any purchase of a domain name listed on it. GoodLuckDomains is operated from the United States. By using the Site or buying a domain, you agree to these terms.

1. What we sell

We sell domain names from our own portfolio. Listings show a fixed price in US dollars. A listing is an invitation to purchase, not a binding offer; a sale is formed only when payment is completed and we confirm it by email.

2. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. Prices exclude any taxes that may be required in your jurisdiction; where applicable, tax is calculated at checkout.

3. Transfer of the domain

After payment we contact you to arrange the transfer, normally within 24 hours. Transfers are completed either by pushing the domain to your account at the same registrar or by providing an authorisation code. Most transfers complete within 24–72 hours, but registrar and ICANN processes can extend this to several days. You are responsible for maintaining a valid registrar account able to receive the domain.

4. If a transfer cannot be completed

If we are unable to deliver the domain, we will refund your payment in full. This is your sole remedy for non-delivery.

5. Your responsibilities

• You confirm you have the legal capacity to enter this agreement.
• You are responsible for renewal fees at your registrar after the domain has been transferred to you.
• You are responsible for ensuring your intended use of the domain does not infringe third-party trademarks.

6. No warranty on future value

Domains are sold as-is. We make no representation about traffic, search rankings, or future resale value.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a transaction is limited to the amount you paid for the domain. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business interruption.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules.
