What happens after payment
- You receive an order confirmation by email straight away.
- We email you within 24 hours to ask which registrar account the domain should go to.
- We either push the domain directly to your account at the same registrar, or send you an authorisation code so you can pull it to a registrar of your choice.
- Once the name is in your account, the sale is complete. Nothing else to pay.
If something goes wrong
If a transfer cannot be completed for any reason, you get a full refund — no arguing, no restocking fees.
